Musings on coffee.
The word “curious” is used in the name because of my eagerness to learn. I’d like to establish right away that I am in no way a “coffee expert.” I humbly acknowledge my ignorance. I’m not a barista. I’m not a coffee importer. I’m not in the business. I am simply a consumer, a curious and passionate one concerned and excited about where my coffee comes from. I hope that this tumblog helps those curious as well to further develop their love for coffee.
Everything predating this post was created for a university project I completed nearly a year ago, based on the emerging New York City coffee scene (months before Oliver Strand’s amazing article on the subject was published).
